Thrown by SMT.Configuration.createSolver(java.lang.String, java.lang.String) when a solver adapter cannot be resolved, constructed, or fails to launch. Checked (unlike, say, an unchecked reflection failure) so that a library caller of createSolver must explicitly confront and handle a solver-creation failure rather than have it silently propagate, matching the existing precedent of IParser.ParserException for "the caller must handle this" conditions in this codebase.
